What is Invisalign treatment like, step by step?
Phase 1: Preliminary oral study
Before starting Invisalign treatment, we will carry out an orthodontic study that includes the following actions:
- Photographs
- Mouth X-ray.
- 3D intraoral scan.
With this information, we carry out the orthodontic study.
Phase 2: Treatment presentation
At the second appointment, we show the patient the results and explain in detail the treatment to follow.
This is when the patient will see what the final result of the treatment will look like before starting it.
Phase 3: First aligners and placement of attachments
When you come to the third visit for Invisalign orthodontic treatment, we provide the patient with the first aligners and place the attachments required according to the study carried out in the first phase.
In addition, we will explain the instructions for placement, cleaning and general use of the aligners.
Phase 4: Periodic renewal of aligners
From here on, approximately every 2 months, we will provide new aligners that will fit the new position of the teeth, and we will check that the treatment continues to progress correctly.
Phase 5: Refinement actions
Once the treatment is finished, we will take a new scan of the mouth so that we can manufacture, if necessary, new aligners that allow us to refine the case.
Phase 6: Retention
Finally, we will take measurements to make the retainers. These are necessary so that the teeth do not shift back to their original position.
Retainers basically consist of covers or splints.
These are removable, so the patient can take them off and put them on whenever they want, and night-time use is essential.

The cost depends on the complexity of the malocclusion to be treated. The range we work within is between €2,800 and €4,300.
No. We adapt to each person’s needs. Some people prefer to pay a deposit at the start of orthodontic treatment and pay the rest in instalments. Others prefer to finance treatments. We offer the option to finance treatments over up to 20 months interest-free.
